Brasserie Erte - the new restaurant at the Aerostar!
Recently awarded the 'Crystal Boat ' for best restaurant in Moscow. The Brasserie Erte was named after one of the most eminent Russian emigre artists - Roman Tirtoff, who called himself Erte, after his French initials.
The hotel has created a modern version of a brasserie working from traditional French recipes. Cherry and mahogany panelling, etched mirrors, warm coloured carpet, black and white tiled floor together with elements of Art Nouveau and Art Deco lend a style of warmth and smart informality to the atmosphere. Erte pictures on the walls add to the ambience of the early 20th century. Soft piano music accompanying a vocalist is played from the small stage in the centre of the room. The wait staff are in black striped waistcoats and sporting long white aprons to remind you of bygone days. The varied menu features traditional Brasserie items as well as Russian classics presented with 21st century flair to remind us where we are and of Erte's heritage.
Open hours: from 07:00 to 23:00 daily.
Breakfast (open buffet) from 07:00 to 11:00
Lunch (open buffet) from 12:00 to 15:00
Borodino Restaurant:
Borodino - the place of the historical battle of the armies of Emperor Alexander I and Napoleon Bonaparte. The restaurant has coveted the 'Crystal Boat Award' as the best restaurant in Moscow, and the Best Chef award. Innovative international gourmet cuisine, sommeliers, intimate dining with impeccable service. Live guitar music nightly.
Open evenings from 18:00 to 23:00 .
The Terrace Bar:
For cocktails or cappuccino, for business or pleasure, the Terrace Bar is the perfect meeting place open from morning to the wee hours. Light lunches, snacks, cocktails and draught beer are served overlooking the spacious lobby. Live music completes the perfect setting for your get together. Friday nights are complete with finger-licking goodies.
