For reservation of Moscow or St. Petersburg Hotels, please, send to EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) a written request by e-mail or Fax with the following information:
Hotel name, room type, dates of arrival and departure (please, specify the date of check-in and check-out), your full name, citizenship, payment details (bank transfer, credit card or cash), your e-mail address or Fax number (please specify area and country code).
You are welcome to make your reservation using www.hotelbooker.ru
For booking of a service please specify your requirements: type of service, date, time, for transfers, specify the date and time of arrival, destination and flight #, etc.
Do not forget to order an entry visa to Russia for yourself and your friends .
EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) will send a written confirmation and Invoice for accommodation and service by return Fax or e-mail within 24 hours.
If you are trying to book your Moscow or St.Petersburg hotel for an exhibition period or any other busy period, please be patient as it may take longer than 24 hours to receive confirmation for hotel reservation. EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) staff will notify you about these special time conditions.
Payment for hotel reservation
The full payment for accommodation and services should be made in advance before the date of arrival .
EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) accept major credit cards or a wire transfer (please note that you should cover all charges of your, intermediate and Russian banks).
For a payment effected by your credit card EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) will ask you to fill, sign and send by Fax the special "Credit Card Payment Agreement" form (Credit Card authorisation form).
If your payment is delayed or you have made mistakes in payment or travel dates EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) have the full right to cancel reservations and services and will not take responsibility for your further stay in Russia.
Changes and cancellations of you booking
All changes or cancellations for reservations of accommodation and services should be done in a written form by e-mail or Fax to avoid misunderstandings.
- For individual reservations not less than 48 hours prior to day of arrival or ordered service cancellations can normally be made without any penalty.
- For group reservations (up to 5 rooms) not less than 7 days cancellations can normally be made without penalty.
Please note that changes and cancellations for reservations and services which start on Saturday, Sunday, Official Public Holidays or the first working day after that should be strictly done before close of business on the last working day prior to the weekend or national holiday.
In cases of delay sending changes or cancellations to EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) , we have the full right to charge the amount equal to the cost of the ordered visa or/and all services or/and the first night of a Hotel accommodation including meals set for that day.
Late arrival to Moscow & St. Petersburg Hotels. "No show" - non arrival at the fixed time.
Please note that EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Moscow and EYE VISTA Hotel Service, Saint-Petersburg (SPb) have the full right to terminate the booking or service and charge a penalty fee if a client does not arrive by an appointed time to the hotel or to the place set as a "start point" of an ordered service. For fixed departures of trains, airplanes, buses, etc. it is your responsibility for missed departures.
- A fifteen-minute late arrival limit is set for fixed excursions in the Kremlin or other similar places of interest, museums, etc.
- One hours limit is set for ordered transfers, bus and car rental.
- Twenty-four hours is the limit from check-in to checkout time of the following day of the ordered accommodation. Non-arrival to a hotel within this period is considered as "no show".
